Payment

Insurance Plans Accepted

We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, United, UMR, Oscar, Surest, and Curative. We do not accept  Medicaid or Medicare plans. 

Self-Pay

Self-pay options are available. Our current counseling self-pay rate is $125 per hour. Assessment rates vary. Payment plans are available. 

Superbills

For out-of-network clients we will provide a superbill that you will be able to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Step Up Scholarships

We are a Step-Up provider for both counseling and assessment services.
